Post-wise Examination Fees

  • Group-A Posts (Assistant Commissioners, Principals, Vice-Principals): ₹2,300
  • Teaching Posts (PGT, TGT, PRT, Librarian): ₹1,500
  • Support Staff (Senior/Junior Secretariat Assistant, Lab Attendant, Stenographer): ₹1,200

Note: Plus ₹500 Processing Fee for ALL applicants

Application fee is non-refundable once paid. GST as applicable will be charged extra by the Bank.

Note: Candidates applying for similar posts in both KVS and NVS will pay fee for only one post, not both organizations.

How to Apply

Apply online through the official KVS and NVS recruitment portals. CBSE conducts the recruitment on behalf of KVS/NVS. Only Indian nationals are eligible.

  1. Single Application: Submit only one application for selected posts - multiple posts allowed in single form
  2. Registration: Create login ID/password with valid email and mobile number
  3. Documents Required: Photograph, signature, educational certificates, experience certificates, caste/PH certificates
  4. Fee Payment: Online payment via Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Cash Card
  5. Post-wise Fee: ₹2,300 (Group-A), ₹1,500 (PGT/TGT/PRT/Librarian), ₹1,200 (SSA/JSA/Lab Attendant/Stenographer), ₹500 Processing Fee for all
  6. Fee Exemption: No fee for SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen applicants
  7. Deadline: Registration closes 04 December 2025 (11:50 PM)
